On February 27–28, 2026, the Consulate General of Ukraine in Edmonton will organize additional passport services for Ukrainians in Edmonton and the surrounding area who find themselves in difficult situations with their documentation and do not have available appointments through the public e-Queue.

The consulate has announced that it will consider applications from citizens who are experiencing critical situations with the validity of their foreign passports.

Who can apply

The additional reception is intended for persons who:

  • have expired single foreign passports;
  • have had their passports extended “by hand”;
  • have a passport that will expire in the near future (within the next three months).

To participate in the additional reception, you must complete the registration form:

The consulate noted that confirmation of registration will be sent after reviewing applications by the end of the day on February 25, 2026.

Important condition for men aged 18-60

Men aged 18-60 must provide an updated and printed electronic military registration document (e-VOD).

What the consulate drew attention to

The Consulate General emphasized that additional appointments have been organized for individuals with foreign passports that are about to expire, as a valid document is important for proper documentation abroad.

Applicants are also asked not to register if their passport expires in 2027, as such applications cannot be processed during the additional appointment period.
