On August 23, 2026, Edmonton will host celebrations for the 35th anniversary of Ukraine’s Independence Day. The event will take place at the Ukrainian Youth Centre and will bring the city’s Ukrainian community together around culture, remembrance, traditions, and support for Ukraine.
Guests can look forward to a concert program featuring Ukrainian performers and artistic groups, as well as a charity fundraiser to support important Ukrainian initiatives. This will not only be a festive event but also an opportunity to contribute to a good cause and demonstrate the unity of Ukrainians in Edmonton.
