Boots and Hearts West is a new two-day country music festival that brings the Boots and Hearts brand to Western Canada for the first time. The event will take place on August 28–29, 2026 at Fan Park @ ICE District in downtown Edmonton.

What to expect

• Two nights of live music with headliners Russell Dickerson (Friday) and Shaboozey (Saturday). The full lineup will be announced later.
• A “festival vibe” format with indoor/outdoor stages and the atmosphere of a large urban venue. The event will take place in any weather.
• Hours: doors open at 2:30 p.m., closing at 11:00 p.m., last entry at 9:00 p.m..

Tickets and zones

• There are one-day and two-day GA and VIP tickets. VIP usually includes faster entry, separate viewing areas, private dressing rooms, select food options, and bars.
• Important: no re-entry (once you leave, you cannot return on the same day).

Location and how to get there

Fan Park is located just east of Rogers Place; address for navigation: 10128 104 Ave NW, Edmonton. You can get there by LRT/bus, there are taxi/ride-share zones; parking in the area is paid and limited.

Useful rules and tips

• You can bring an empty reusable bottle up to 1 liter (no glass) or sealed water up to 1 liter, a small bag, sunscreen, a power bank, and earplugs.
• Large backpacks/chairs/umbrellas, drones, professional photography, and other dangerous items are prohibited.
• The event is suitable for all ages; children under 12 can get a free GA pass (with an adult with a ticket), but for the VIP area, children also need a VIP ticket.
